FEES
The fee for our professional consulting services will be determined
at the beginning of an assignment and based on the following criteria:
• Importance of the position to be filled in relation to the client’s organization
• Complexity of the specific search process
• Geographical extension of the search
• Compensation package foreseen for the position
The
agreed upon fee shall be payable in three installments: 1/3 at the
opening of the search, 1/3 after one month, 1/3 after two months into
the search process. Candidate’s and consultant’s expenses will be
charged separately.
