Some guidelines ensure the establishment of an efficient and successful relationship between client and Signium International Zuerich. The adherence to these principles by both client and consultant enables us to work efficiently and professionally.
The client ensures that Signium International Zuerich is the only firm which is assigned to the specific search.
It is part of our policy not to approach executives in a client company. This policy applies to the business unit in the country in which we have accepted to work for a particular client and is valid as long as a client relationship is maintained.
In the interest of a systematic and comprehensive search, it is essential that all potential candidates are measured against uniform criteria. For this reason, it is advisable that all candidates – including those identified or suggested by the client – are subject to the same interviewing and screening process by our consultants.
Client interviews with potential candidates are an important part of our procedure. To be able to fulfill our consulting role for the benefit of both parties, we consider it imperative to be present during at least the first interview. Experience shows that the observations and comments collected during such interviews allow for a more accurate definition of the client’s needs or – if necessary –a modification of the profile.
The decision to retain Signium International Zuerich for an assignment implies that the client will treat all information received from our office in strict confidence. Signium International Zuerich in turn guarantees complete confidentiality with regard to all information provided through the client.
