OUR PROCESSEvery assignment is spearheaded by a detailed briefing to identify the specific needs of the situation. We must understand the critical issues in order to be able to identify and select the ideal candidate. Generally we present one or more candidates aligned to the profile and advise on final selection.
SEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF INTERIM EXECUTIVESWe continually screen and evaluate Interim Executives from all functions and industries. The candidates in our data pool are qualified through interviews, benchmarking and reference checks.
We communicate regularly with our Interim Executives and monitor their development; we participate actively in high-end qualification programmes (e.g. - EBS - European Business School) and organize workshops to transport new developments on issues of specific relevance to Interim Executives.
